Individualization - I love peoples unique qualities and use them to figure out how different people can work together productively.
Empathy - I sense other peoples feelings by imagining myself in others' lives or situations.
Relator - I enjoy close relationships with others and find deep satisfaction in working hard with friends to achieve a goal.
Arranger - I determine how all the pieces and resources can be arranged for maximum productivity.
I'm also a professionally trained pastry chef. Recently I've been taking a break from tech, and waking up before the sun rises to bake pastries.
